Vision and Mission

We envision a time when all animals on the island of Cebu are free from harm and suffering.

Our mission is to foster compassion and respect for animals among Cebuano citizens. Through education, advocacy, and community involvement, we aim to improve the lives of animals and create a culture of kindness and humane treatment throughout Cebu.
